The Lutfia Rabbani Foundation is an Institution for General Benefit (Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling, ANBI). As such, donations to the Lutfia Rabbani Foundation, under certain conditions, are tax deductible for Income Tax (Inkomstenbelasting) or Corporate Income Tax (Vennootschapsbelasting) purposes.
Since January 1st 2012 the Lutfia Rabbani Foundation is also registered in the Netherlands as a Cultural Institution (Culturele Instelling). Donations may thus be tax deductible for 125% for Income Tax purposes and for 150% for Corporate Income Tax purposes.
