I applied to this summer course as I was attracted to the academy’s comprehensive programme. I seek to visit the international court of justice. Its my dream to walk through its halls and get introduced to its systems. This experience shall enhance my knowledge of the court and the field of international law.”
Abdelhadi Benzita
‘My name is Abdelhadi Benzita, I am 36 years old, and my hobbies are: sport, travelling, and aviation. Firstly, I wanted to participate in the summer programme of The Hague Academy of Law to deepen my knowledge in Private International Law, in the oldest Legal Academy in the world, as well as to meet other people from different cultures and identities and to know their way of thinking. Secondly, I want through my participation in this summer session to acquire the origins of the rules of Private International Law from its sources, because as we have studied, the Netherlands school is considered among the schools that set the jurisprudence of Private International Law. I also want to benefit from the experience of the professors. Finally, on the sidelines of this session, I am really looking forward to visit the historical and cultural monuments of Netherlands. ‘
