The Arab Council for the Social Sciences
The Arab Council for the Social Sciences runs a number of fellowships and grants programs that offer opportunities for junior and senior researchers from the region, often facing limited funding and mentoring opportunities. The programs also focus on supporting the publication and dissemination of high-quality social science research on the Arab region.
Palestinian Rule of Law Awards
The Palestinian Rule of Law Awards provide scholarships for one-year academic master of laws programs for qualified applicants from the West Bank and Gaza for study at selected law schools in the United States. Applicants should have an outstanding academic record (a BA in law or other law degree is required), professional aptitude, and leadership potential.
American University in Cairo – Yousef Jameel GAPP Public Leadership Fellowship
The Yousef Jameel public leadership program is aimed at building the capacity of young competent Egyptian nationals in the areas of public policy and public administration and preparing them for leadership roles in Egypt.
The program supports 300 fellows in 12 cohorts of 25 Egyptian graduate students per year. A selected number of exceptional candidates receive a complete fellowship to pursue a Masters degree in one of eight programs at AUC.
