Ragheb El Rami
Ragheb El Rami is a Managing Director responsible for overseeing the Group’s relationships in the EMEA Region. His responsibilities include identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with a global investor base including amongst other Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Funds, Family Offices and Corporate Investors.
Mr. El Rami has 14 years of experience in Private Equity and Corporate Finance. He joined The Abraaj Group in 2006 and has since been involved in originating, executing and managing several investments primarily focused on the Middle East and North Africa region, including Saudi Arabia where he was based for three years.
Prior to joining The Abraaj Group, Mr. El Rami was a Project Development Manager at DaimlerChrysler Financial Services. Before that, he was with Deloitte’s Corporate Finance division in Dubai.
Mr. El Rami is a member of the Young Arab Leaders. He graduated in Civil Engineering and holds an MBA from the London Business School. He is a CFA Charterholder.
